friendly enough staff but if you’re a light sleeper like me and book a double room i would suggest checking it is a double bed. i really don’t understand why hotels promote a double room if they don’t provide a double bed. we paid £264 for 2 nights and just had 2 single beds pushed together with a very thin mattress on top of each single bed, nearly impossible to sleep on for me as someone with sensory issues. i would say request a high floor as the whole time we could near people arguing outside constantly and we were on the second floor, when we had an uber eats order our driver was maybe Pakistani? a group of 6 boys sat on the floor outside singing very racist songs causing a disturbance and security locked us outside with them instead of telling them to move along, seems a bit of a rough area

8 of us stayed here for a sightseeing and sampling the old pubs. A good location for a base when exploring Belfast. Rooms and facilities very good. It takes a little getting use to the cubical bathrooms. 🤣. Staff very genuine, friendly and helpful. If we go back we'll definitely stay here.

Brilliant hotel

Stayed here with my partner for a night away brilliant hotel nice and cosy the staff was brilliant especially Jonny made our stay, he was so welcoming so friendly never met a Barman like him the ibis should be so glad to have him we will definitely be back to stay here

Staff so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Luksika was really great and always had a smile on her face. Hotel and rooms are so clean. Lobby is lovely. Breakfast was lovely too. The location is really central, close to the centre. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Really comfortable beds. Lovely room. Roomy shower with great pressure . Had a really good night’s sleep . Close to city centre 5min walk. Breakfast was great lots of choice, Tristan was very helpful and kept our table spotless . Great stay !
