Amazing to find amongst the huge choice of rather dull & boring standard 4 or 5 star hotels in Paris such a gem - where brilliant & genuine client service is truly the first priority. The Hotel Manager Othman and his senior Executive Tea Stolic well deserve the highest praise and appreciation for their outstanding commitment to ensuring that we, a family of 5, had a memorable, deeply enjoyable stay - they truly went out of their way and at extraordinary hours to sort out a few minor issues and treated us royally. If you are looking for high quality accommodation graced with superb client service , then the Pullman Paris Eiffel is a must.

Very disappointed. We put the do not disturb sign on and went out for lunch, when we returned we came back to cleaners in our room. We explained we had a sign and didn’t want anyone in our room as we was only doing for one full day and two nights. In the cleaners haste to leave she bundled up the white towels from the bathroom and my white top was taken with the towels. We packed very light as it was a short stay! The clerk assured me a manager would call me. Nothing! We followed the hotels email to chose you check out time. We chose to check out at 9;30 at but had cleaners enter our room at 7am which woke us up! Them to make it worse,. Whist on getting ready, completely naked cleaners re entered AGAIN and again at 8.15! No apologises, nothing. IVF sent 4 emails, made two phone calls to which NONE have been replied or returned! Even though I was advised a manager will call me! My top is still in Paris and the fact we was woken at 7am and I had a cleaner completely sabotage my privacy and was me naked at 8:15, this is not what I expected when I booked a room with this hotel and the price you charged me! This was meant to be a mini luxury break and you completely reined what was a brilliant weekend and I left the hotel very upset and very angry with no resolution and now days later still non answer! DO NOT RECOMMEND Also we booked Eiffel Tower facing room, we saw the top half but the bottom was obstructed by the part of the hotel for people who booked balconies so you don’t get the full view which is what I expected and paid for. View was ofcourse lovely but not the level I expected

If you want the best view in the city then stay here. Amazing hotel, brilliant staff and a 3 minute walk from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower. The stay we had in December was magical. I’ve attached a photo and we stayed on the room with balcony and a higher room. Superb

Quality Food and Beverage all round, perfect location for the Eiffel Tower and red bus tours.

We have repeatedly enjoyed both the quality and service from our restaurant team member Dave. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and provided service which could not be faulted. Thanks Dave you are a key reason we enjoyed the Pullman.

I booked three rooms at this hotel for New Year, mainly based on the fact it is an Accor hotel and very close to the Eiffel Tower. The welcome was extremely efficient and friendly when we checked in, but unfortunately that is the last of the good news. When we arrived at the rooms, we realised that there was a small closet (with very few hangers) and absolutely no drawers to put clothes - I have travelled the world and never once encountered a hotel room with no drawers at all. We eventually realised that we would need to live out of our suitcases - not ideal or frankly acceptable. The bar is extremely understaffed with the staff serving in there seemingly unable to handle the small amount of groups who do go in there. As an example, we went in one evening (4 adults) and ordered drinks which took forever to be delivered (2 glasses of wine and 2 beers). The second round took so long I went and retrieved them from the bar myself. During this time, another patron and spilled water on the floor and walked away, resulting in one of the staff members slipping and hitting the floor very hard. Despite this and despite several comments about cleaning up the water to avoid another issue, the water remained on the floor at least until we left (approx. 90 mins after the initial spill) something that could easily have led to a patron or another staff member slipping. The staff basically did not care. The service never improved and I would strongly suggest never going to FRAME at the Pullman Eiffel Tower. On New Years Eve, I asked the concierge to book make a reservation for me at a restaurant or bistro if they could - never heard back from them and made my own reservation later in the day. In addition, the hotel has a rooftop bar and the lobby bar. On New Years Eve, they closed everything unless a ticket had been purchased - basically shutting out hotel guests who had already booked rooms long before they were informed that on New Years Eve, there would be no where in the hotel to get a drink. This is a hotel that puts money above hotel guests at all costs and simply does not care about the guest experience. There are numerous options for hotels in Paris, including near the Eiffel Tower and I actively encourage you to stay at those and not use the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower.
