Fairly classic business and family hotel. No frills, no luxury. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not the most exciting neighborhood (it's a new development with mostly offices), but very close to the tram stop. Easy to get to/from the airport and downtown.

Чисто, уютно, есть все для удобства, утюг, доска, фен, чайник, микроволновая печь, холодильник. Температура в номере идеальная. Питьевая вода, это отличный бонус👍👍👍Завтраки отличные, разнообразие и свежесть. Обслуживание персонала на высоте.

A great base for a weekend in Luxembourg. Lovely family suite with kitchenette which worked well for us as a family of 4 plus a dog. Situated very close to a tram stop, which provides free travel into the city centre.

Had the family room which had 1 queen need, 2 single beds, and 1 square table with a chair. Room size is decent. Without the 2 single beds, that space would have been a lovely sitting area. Room has a 'counter' with fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom had both shower and tub. But strange design with toilet in separate VERY tiny room just inside of the entrance. Good buffet breakfast with hot food - sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs as well as eggs for self-boiling. Ham cheese and smoked salmon in a fridge. Good variety of breads. Did not notice lactose-free milk but there was soy milk which was good. Location is good, in between 2 tram stations, both about 2 mins walk. One small supermarket at the tram station. A bigger supermarket several stations away.

I have been a loyal customer of Novotel Suites Luxembourg for the past 8-9 years, staying at the hotel 2-3 times per year. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me very disappointed. Due to a change in my plans, I needed to cancel the last night of my stay and contacted the hotel two weeks in advance. Despite my long-standing loyalty, I was told that nothing could be done as my reservation was non-refundable. I understand that policies are in place, but I expected more flexibility and understanding given my history with the hotel. This experience has made me feel undervalued as a customer, and I hope the management will reconsider their approach to loyal guests in the future.
