We pride ourselves on our multilingual team. We are also pleased that you appreciated the large TV in your room. However, we sincerely apologise for the cleanliness issues you encountered in the bathroom. This is not representative of our usual high standards, and we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure thorough cleaning procedures are consistently followed. Additionally, we acknowledge your discomfort with the sofa bed and the air conditioning. Our rooms are designed to maintain temperatures between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius, with manual controls available. For future stays, we offer extra fans upon request to help regulate room temperature. Nevertheless, we are delighted that you found our location convenient. Situated just a 15-minute walk from the city center, our hotel provides easy access to Luxembourg's main attractions.
