Staff are very attentive. Bed is very big, kids love it and room is clean. During breakfast, staff are very helpful.Rooftop bar is so beautiful. There are a lot of drinks to choose from. The hotel is located in the center of the city with easy access.

This hotel has really a charm due to his nice and tasty decoration.The service is perfect. However many TV foreign channels were not operative (Is it due to cost control?). The Duplex suite is very well designed , with large bathroom and living area.

The hotel was Great boutique hotel in the city center. The room is very nice decoration. Check-in smooth and staff friendly, good services mind and helpful. Location was good near BTS Chidlom station. Breakfast very good and we are so full.

I cannot say anything negative about this hotel in principle. For me personally it was too dark, you always had the feeling that you were in a poorly lit cave. The only thing I criticize is the breakfast. Absolutely unacceptable for this class of hotel, the selection was pathetic, nothing really healthy, no bread, although there was very good bread in the in-house restaurant, it is absolutely a mystery to me why you don't get that served at breakfast, I suspect that they don't think further.

I stayed with the Muse for three times already and it is always as good as it should be. Thank you for the welcoming smiles and helpfulness from the Front Desk, Concierge, room service, the restaurants and housekeeping. We were moved for every gesture and friendliness from all of you. The room was clean and neat, the breakfast was fantastic and the Italian restaurant was perfect with good prices. Looking forward to my next stay with you.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel recently from february 25th to the 29th. Arrived very early at 08h30am after a 24 hour flight. Even at this very early arrival, they had a room ready for us which was well appreciated. But unfortunately the room on the 10th floor had a very unpleasant musty smell probably due to moist and mildew. After a short rest we complained to the reception and were immediately upgraded to an executive room on the 22nd floor with a terrific view which was great. The hotel is well located right downtown. Breakfasts are outstanding with multiple choices and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. One of the remarquable advantage at this hotel my wife and I found was the happy hour from 16h30 to 18h30 everyday at the rooftop bar on the 24th floor with complimentary delicious canapés and unlimited free alcoholic beverages ( beer, wines, cocktails, spirits ) from a designated list. All this for 2 full hours. Never seen before! The food at the restaurants is excellent. Although the prices for dinner are quite high. As others have noted the pool area is in fact very small. As also noted by others the overall ambiance is rather dark especially in the lobby area. In fact there is practically no real lobby area in this hotel which is rather odd for a 5 star hotel. Another negative aspect is that we received very little information if any about hotel services and amenities upon check in, different restaurants, pool area etc. Neither did we found any information inside our room either that we usually find in hotel rooms, restaurant menus, available bars etc. Everything had to discovered by ourselves by asking at the reception desk. In short the real asset of this hotel is its location, its comfort, its excellents breakfasts and its generous happy hour.

Excellent location and close to all the big malls and F&Bs. Wonderful services and facilities. The inhouse restaurants are top class. Short walk to metro. The lightings is not enough for me but I guess this has to do with the hotel's theme.

Stayed at the Hotel Muse at the start and end of our honeymoon and could not fault the service. Rooms were very comfortable. Loved the rooftop Speakeasy bar and had a lovely dinner in the Medici restaurant. The rooftop pool was great too!

Whilst as always, the actual hotel environment was good, I was disappointed with the check in and status recognition. For some reason, the hotel regarded me as a Gold Accor member though I am Platinum. It meant the Platinum benefits were not automatically provided until I asked, twice! Also, having booked the Babette's for dinner, was not informed the top floor bar was closed for a wedding. Would have booked elsewhere. Also, not sure if it was because of the wedding or just lack of staff but service at dinner was slow. I had to get the bottle of wine from side table to pour myself.

The moment you enter the hotel, darkness envelopes you. The furniture, the walls, the lights, everything is held in very dark colours! Although it is bright sunshine outside one has the impression to be at night. The impression of being in "prison" creeps up. The quality of food in the Italian restaurant is very good.

It was a two nights stay, but I wish I could stay longer. Food outlets are fantastic in taste, and so as the ambience of this unique American chic premise. I also liked the magazine selection of the hotel. The only bad thing about the property was its breakfast location. Please consider using the B1 restaurant also as the breakfast outlet.

My wife and I originally booked a Nimman Suite but on arrival the guest relations manager kindly and unexpectedly upgraded us to the Paranim Penthouse which was the largest hotel suite we have ever stayed in. The Penthouse was well-equipped, very clean and also boasted a small kitchenette which came in very useful during our stay. The hotel is a short walk from Sukhumvit and Chit Lom BTS station with 7-Eleven and Lawson 108 convenience stores nearby the hotel. The hotel's happy hour on the 24th floor provided a very relaxing atmosphere and the nibbles and array of drinks was astonishingly good. What really sets this hotel apart is the amazing level of service by the staff and each and everyone of them were a credit to the Accor brand. My wife and I very much look forward to returning to Hotel Muse in the future.

Very rich hearty breakfast served with international selection. Walking distance to BTS but there is a free tuk tuk shuttle. There is a very nice grilled pork skewers opposite the hotel just before 7-eleven and also plenty of food nearby. Only drawback is the operating hour of the executive lounge which only opens to guests for two hours usage which is my first encounter.

Is a great place to stay in term of comfort and location. Is about 10 minutes walk from ChitLom BTS - not to near (to avoid the main road noise), not to far (to walk to the BTS) - if you don't like to walk, the hotel has complimentary tuk tuk (free shuttle to BTS). Opposite direction of the BTS, the hotel is near Lumpini park,. if you like to jog or walk in the park, this park is within walking distance from the hotel. The bed is comfortable, room is spacious for 2 , the bathroom is spacious. i like the glass door of the stand shower where they have a hole for you to place your towel. This will avoid one from opening the glass door when we are wet and cold to reach for the towel. Overall is a good stay. However don't expect a large swimming pool in this hotel.

This will be a long review. I am looking forward to my stay at this beautiful hotel during my Bangkok trip however the whole experience was not pleasant. It was way below my expectations. The check in time is supposed to be at 2 pm and we reached at about 250 pm. Unfortunately, we had to wait for another 40 minutes to get our room even though we had done our online check-in one day before. According to the hotel staff, the room was ready but there’s only one supervisor to inspect the room. Hence, there’s such a delay in getting our room ready. When we reached our room, we saw the cleaners moving their trolley. In my assumption, they just cleaned our room due to a late check out by the previous guest. Upon checking our room, we were deeply disappointed that they took their time to clean our room and yet our room had such problems: (1) a red stain on the blanket; (2) a shoe stain on the blanket; (3) there’s a bottle of half-used shower gel in the bathroom. We informed the staff (Pui) that checked us in and shared our frustrations. She tried her very best to calm us down and apologised to us. She offered us to use the Club La Boutique that's exclusive to their guests that booked the Yama Executive and Suite Rooms but we did not manage to experience it since it was only available from 430 pm to 630 pm. Anyway, this is a beautiful hotel with unique designs. The location is okay and you will have to walk about 8 minutes to the nearest BTS station - Chit Lom. Luckily, the hotel offers free ride to the station. The breakfast at this hotel is quite good too but the ventilation system was not great. Hence, you won't smell good after having your breakfast. All in all, I hope that other guests will not experience what I went through so that they can enjoy their stay.

My overall stays is not a pleasant one starting from day 1, 2 hrs after I checked in. Meeting at the 19/F I have a quick afternoon tea meeting with my colleagues at Babette. We do order drinks and start our meeting around 2pm and we have been asked for 5,000 baht minimum charge only after 1 hr we have sit down but not at the begining when we enter the restaurant. Finally I have to talk to the duty manager and explain the case what was happening and end up the minimum charge waived. Please help to save the world day2-day4 I wrote on my laundry form and I'm okay to receive my laundry without any plastic wrap. After 2 times I sent my laundry I received more than 6 plastic in total which I feel very bad and hence I stop sending my laundry again. ! 7 hours to arrange a charger day 4 , i have asked 2 times (3pm & 5pm) to the front desk for a charger both the lady & the gentleman said they will send the charger to my room however I have not receive anything after I back to the room at around 22pm and the reception told me they actually dont have any charger available in the hotel. And finally the front desk manager borrow me her own charger and I appreciate for her personal help. However, the overall service received this stay are under expectation.

This is a very nice hotel with great service. I had a problem with the aircon in my room and the way the hotel staff handled it was extremely good and I would have given them 5 stars. The reason way they get only 4 stars is that the wifi is not good at all and I hope they can fix this issue. If I'm on a holiday, I am not particular about the wifi, but when I'm traveling for work, wifi is important. The hotel has a great Italian restaurant and the breakfast is up to standard. For a holiday, I will definitively come back.
