Excellent food and service had a dinner with friends we enjoyed a ambience and food chef Sonu was a great chef he done the personalised service we also order aloo tiki chaat and chef finished the same on table

I spent a blissful 7 days here and everything was absolutely perfect! From their GM Mr Parag Shah to the entire Front Office staff and their restaurant chefs and crew - everyone took incredible care of me. Their breakfast buffet is to die for, their lunch and dinner was no different- By the Blue is a surreal dining experience and the hotel’s Koramangla location is A+. Courtney airport pick ups and drop offs, laundry service and whatever else your heart desires - no request was beyond reproach! I cannot wait to return and am already planning my next stay. Thank you to the entire Grand Mercure crew who made me feel like part of the extended Accor family - absolutely brilliant in every way imaginable.
