Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. As the beach is public area, loungers are given priority to hotel guests, we added more lounger chairs as well. Hotel has its own laundry room, all the towels used after wash. We have Russian manager and keeping training employees' English. We reported the mosquitoes and sand fleas issue to government to follow up. We value your feedback very much, and hope you can give us a chance to make up, and we are look forward to providing you with better service in the future!
