Junior suite Beds aren't the most comfortable Staff are friendly and got us what we wanted It has been mentioned before in another review about the noise from outside coming through the windows. Good enough budget hotel for children. Near the metro and park.

It was DISASTER. The hotel confirmed the reservation 2 weeks in advance of my trip. Kept silent and 2 days before my trip, THEY CANCELED MY reservation explaining that it was a technical mistake. The hotel proposed me to buy NEW RESERVATION at their (totally nonattractive) prices. NOW SUPPORT, NO ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PROMISS. I had to find and book another place at the last moment.

Location: this hotel is located in a safe place, opposite metro station with short distance to iconic places in Paris. Room: rooms are clean, tidy, air-conditioned, quiet, the only problem we found for us that the bathroom is separated, via plastic curtains from the room. Otherwise, the rooms were OK comfortable. There are a shower and bathtub and a separated toilet. Breakfast: to our opinion the breakfast was the rather of three star hotel breakfast. Staff at hotel: staff, very friendly accommodating, on the first day after coming back from sightseeing , the room was a bit smelly so the hotel staff changed our room straight away and the second room Was alright. There is a car park there against Payment. You can park your car safely. Next to the reception are fridges where one can buy sandwiches and drinks. We recommend this hotel to people with small children and families.

False fire alarm at 5:30 am without neither apologizing nor explanation

A false fire alarm went at 5:30 am on Wednesday, 6th of September and without appologizing for the reason nor justifying what have happened and the cause... this caused a lot of disruption as i wasn't able to sleep back and i had an important presentation to give, this left me completely tired and not in my best performance
