We stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely room, nice view from the terrace. Comfy beds. Breakfast options were more than the previous ibis we stayed at in Bruges the night before. Standard pastry options, different breads, ham, cheese, waffles, cereals plus yoghurt and fruit. More juice options too. Lovely for a budget stay for a couple of nights

Noisy, smelly and unfriendly

Although conveniently located next to the tramway to take you to the ParisExpo, the noise from the elevator and from the people renovating the rooms around me was unbearable. I didn't sleep! The smell of (cheap) paint was unpleasant as well. The second night I did fall asleep but in the morning they cut the water without informing me and knocked on my door to have me leave shortly after 10 am without a shower. My expectations weren't high and I know Parisians can be very unfriendly, but this was worse than I could imagine

Scam hotel stay away! No water im bathroom, building site in room next door, noisy corridor, harsh bedding, bad bad bad!

This hotel is a scam do not stay there! No shower, building site, school noise and noisy cleaners! I’ll explain I arrive at the hotel late from traveling, the staff was very nice I get my keys. The rooms are a crappy made, cheap bed, cheap sheet, , the toilet is in a cupboard with no privacy if you are multiple but I guess it comes with the price although I still paid 130£ for a night … The checkout is as 12 so I thought I could have a lay in to rest from my travel. Some might say: the purpose of an hotel… In an uncomfortable bed, I try to fall asleep and finally succeed after tossing and turning in harsh bedding’s and pillow that are high enough to break your neck but soft enough in the middle for your head to be at a 90 degree angle… anyway I’m finally sleeping… Morning come and get waking up by the school right outside my window, the isolation is so bad I can hear everything and feels like I’m back to school again… it’s outside blaming the window there… but that’s not the worst. When the kids goes in starts next door in the (morning remind you) a you a full on building site with drilling, hammering and sawing, no shame at all. Full on for the entire morning not outside! But inside in the room next door to me! If that’s not it , the cleaning staff follow on the building symphony by slamming doors in corridors just to be sure I’m awake… From every angles.. So I get out of bed, tired upset but let’s go and get a nice shower and get out of this sh..t show.. Nooooo wrong there! No water in the shower , no pressure in the sink nothing absolutely no way to wash! So I had to get out of that nightmare upset unwashed tired and got told to contact booking.com as the hotel couldn’t do any kind of refund for me. If you would like a hell stay, be my guest! Disgusting to charge ppl for that.. Enjoy the photo of the water stream, the non water shower and the glorious view…

I think the accommodation was livable, but even for a budget hotel I think there are a few big things to be fixed (or to just be aware of). Staff: - The staff were very helpful and responsive. - We stayed in a room with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single at the top). The bottom bed was serviced each day (bed made, new sheets) the top bed was only serviced every other day. - Two towels were given instead of three, but the staff were helpful when we requested another towel. Room: - The room gets very hot, we stayed in September and we were comfortable - just. The air conditioning doesn't really work too well. If you come in the summer, bringing a fan is a must, I don't know how you would fall asleep if it was any hotter. - Our room was on level 1. There's a small sticker near the TV saying not to open the windows (which doesn't help when it's hot) as there are a lot of mosquitos outside. Unfortunately we realised too late. Outside our window was a large concrete slab/balcony thing permanently about 2 inches in water. I suppose that's where the mosquitos breed. I noticed that there were a lot of tiny brown smudges on the wall in the room, I suppose that's from previous people killing the mosquitos - there were a lot of them. I think I killed at least 5-7 of them and was bitten 10 times or more. I think it's a good idea for the hotel to invest some money to cleaning this slab/balcony/roof thing to stop mosquitos from breeding and to prevent water damage. - I think the layout of the room was fine for a budget hotel. Breakfast: - Minimal, but enough. I'm not too much of a foodie so it didn't bother me that much. Chocolate croissants and buttered croissants and coffee is all I need and they delivered. Area: - Very close to one station, a 10 minute walk to the other station (different line). - We enjoyed having groceries a 1 minute walk away and a Crepe restaurant across the street.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. Very close to subways. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel did not have AC and we went during a heatwave so that was unfortunate. Would also be nice if there was a mini fridge. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.
