My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Special mention to Jasmine, Miguel, Sheng , Sherwin and Ms Janet of the reception for being patient and helpful. Ms. Joice and Jezsiccah of Premier Lounge, for their excellent service. Kudos to your amazing Chef Athena, you’re the best! We had a great time staying at Novotel. Aside from the fact that its location is convenient to almost anywhere, shopping malls and restaurants, it is like a home away from home. The staff, from the moment you check in until the time you check out are so accommodating and nice. Breakfast buffet was to die for. We would love to go back again!

Excellent service and facilities. A must try for anyone on a business trip or with family members!

The staff members show a lot of personalised service. Once they get to know your name, they remember it. They were very helpful from start to finish of our stay. Service was very fast and efficient. We stayed at the executive suite. It was big, about 60sqm, modern design and the restroom was bigger than expected. This is a must try!

Although Novotel Araneta is located at the heart of Metro Manila in Cubao, there are pros and cons about the place. Pro's of course is near in Araneta Center for a concert or game events, lots of shopping mall, restaurant and groceries, transportation hubs Cons will be the safety since the area is so crowded. I'm quite disappointed in terms of hotel service, from Accor concierge and room availability, staff know how about accor membership and to the hotel staff services.

Visibility of in-house security officers is a plus! (2) The initiative to use refillable containers demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability by reducing plastic waste and minimizing environmental footprint. SERVICE: Front desk staff provided us with clear and concise instructions, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Additionally, their thoughtful gesture of offering Accor membership assistance exemplifies care and attentiveness toward guests. Proactive approach to guest security and safety. ROOM: spacious with fast internet connection LOCATION: Strategic location that is both safe and highly accessible to all.The proximity to public transportation, entertainment hubs and key establishments make it an ideal choice for travelers seeking comfort and peace of mind. Ideal for business, leisure or events.
