We had an exceptional dining experience in Mumbai, thanks to Sharanjit-san’s pasta expertise! The pasta was perfectly cooked, with fresh ingredients and rich, authentic flavors. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was also warm and welcoming. Highly recommend dining here if you’re in Mumbai and craving a truly memorable pasta experience!

Best and luxurious experience ever.. Services were at the best. Room service also good.. Staffs were attentive and approachable... Especially Akash and Shwetha.. Still some of the staffs were not met the service level expectation. Especially PREETHI. She was really RUDE and always make sure that our complaints and need unattended. Staffs like this will hamper the reputation and goodwill of the hotel..

We had a great time at Ibis. We had great service from all of the staff, especially Akash who helped us ,throughout the 25 day stay we stayed for our company provided training. We had a great time with great food provided everyday with our needs catered to by Akash and Swetha

Just wanted to appreciate the service given by Mr. Abdul and mauzzam really enjoyed the dinner with my colleagues. Kuddos to the management of ibis navi mumbai for having such wonderful staff and service also wanted to mention Chef Santosh who prepared us a special paneer chilli.
