チェックイン時：喫煙室希望であったが希望かなわず。 チェックイン後：冷蔵庫が部屋になかった。 　　　　　　　　TVが映らなくなった。 　　　　　　　　日本語放送がなかった。

食事もスタッフの対応は良かったが、レストランでの現金支払いが出来ず、不便だった。 　また、部屋のバスタオルとフェイスタオルが、バストイレの拭き取り掃除や、部屋のフロアのゴミ拭き取りに使う雑巾と同じに使われ、異常に薄汚れたバスタオルだった。 　バスタオルやフェイスタオルの洗濯機と、部屋を掃除する雑巾の洗濯機と分けるべきだ。 　バスタオルの汚さは、他国とら比べても汚れているので、改善して欲しい。
