A nothing special hotel. Very large hotel with our room right at the back through 2 doors to reach the room. The wifi was excellent. The area was quiet of a night. It was close to most things in the city with plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Very pleasant staff in the restaurant :)

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We had booked a suite. As a very pleasant surprise came staff at the breakfast and dinner time in the restaurant. Very friendly, attentive and helpful . Also big compliment to chefs as food we had for dinner was not short of fine dining experience :) Room was fine. Beds were not bad but not the best either. It was very hot in the room as it was hot outside already. But AC was not working and I was told its switched off as its not summer yet. I found it extremely unprofessional as 4stars hotel means working AC. Receptionist was unfriendly when I asked to switch it on. I was told only GM or technician could do that...... We found it very bizarre We wanted to open the windows though but they were extremely dirty...... However thanks to ladies and gentlemen at restaurant we would come back anytime :)

Well located with parking and in the center. Easy to walk around to center. Nice room with a little outdated bathroom. Decent lobby bar with good Czech beer. Breakfast could be better with a wider choice. Overall good service and price-wise is ok.

Due to my club status I got an upgrade and it was very welcome due to the comfort that was provided alongside it. The room was excellent and large, with a microwave and small kitchen area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The premium lounge that I had access to was something I wish I had gone to earlier in my stay as it was very generously stocked with refreshments. The restaurant was very good with excellent food.

This is a centrally located hotel and the airport bus stop is right outside the door just across the road. The bathroom is nice and modern but the room itself does have an old fashion feel to it. It was very disappointing to only have 1 set of pillows on the bed. It was very uncomfortable having to sit up and watch the telly. Please provide your guests with 2 pillows each. What let this hotel the most is the noise. You can hear everything outside your room but what is even worse if the thumping that you can hear from upstairs. If anyone is staying in a room above yours you will hear that person all day and all night. Really not cool! Even when someone walks on the corridor outside the thumping can be heard in the room. Hotels should provide tranquillity and a good night sleep. This one definitely lacked it. We got given a free drinks voucher upon check in but the manager failed to tell us the bar is closed and you won't have anywhere to use the voucher.
