+ Receptionists and concierge were always helpful. They made for a most pleasing stay. + Housekeeping Chinese elderly lady was responsive and service was in impeccable! + Breakfast was awesome because of the sufficiently wide spread, with something for everyone. Waiters and cooks manning the various stations were responsive & helpful. + beds & room were comfortable. - gym located at B1 was old & seemed to be part of the backend operations of the hotel. Overall a good experience. :)

Don’t get fooled. This is NOT an international hotel. Long lines at check-in. No English at the front desk. Doesn’t understand how the health code works for foreigners. Gym not open in the morning. No service during breakfast. Unresponsive hotel staff. Rooms looks old. TV not working.....

if you have to do business in BDA Area in Beijing Pullman is a perfect place o stay. Good location surrounded from a big mall and many shops or restaurants. Hotel have a good gym ( newly renovated) and pool. The rooms are ok, If you can then book executive rooms. Buffet Breakfast is very good. Very wide selection. Also available 2 restaurants and a bar.

This is my second visit to Beijing, and this time I choose to live here. The service at the front desk is not bad. Every time I enter or pass by, morning or night, the staff here are very friendly and smile at me. It makes me feel good. Thanks to Alvin for his great service, especially for helping me find out where the nearest shopping center is so That I can get what I need faster.

No member benefits introduction when Check in. Platinum or diamond should argue for free breakfast and also no welcome gifts in your room. Room is clean but the windows are locked. What terribly is I can't modify the work mode of the air conditioning.
