However, we sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize if this was not communicated clearly. At Mercure Sapporo, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint by conserving energy and water. As part of our eco-friendly initiatives, we provide Eco Cleaning services, which include trash collection, towel replacement, and amenity replenishment. Full room cleaning and linen changes are provided once every four days during your stay. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our environmental efforts.
