We cordially appreciate your detailed comments regarding your stay at the Mercure Sapporo. Regarding the ECO cleaning, we are sorry that the room cleaning was not up to your satisfaction throughout your stay. Please allow us to express our sincerest apologies. At Mercure Sapporo, We reduce our Environmental Footprint by conserving energy and water. As this reason, we offer Eco Cleaning (trash collection, towel and amenity replacement) as part of our eco-friendly efforts. Full room and linen cleaning will be done once every 4 days during your stay. We appreciate if you could understand and cooperate for our eco-friendly efforts. If you would like regular cleaning, please contact the front desk by 24:00 (midnight) the day before next time. Thank you very much for staying at Mercure Sapporo and for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear that you found our elevator system inconvenient. We appreciate your kind understanding that the transfer between elevators is part of our security measures to help prevent unauthorized access, as our hotel is located in the heart of downtown Sapporo. We are also sincerely sorry that the outside noise disturbed your stay. While our hotel is located in the Susukino area and the guest rooms are equipped with soundproof curtains, we regret that the noise, including the crows early in the morning, caused you discomfort. We strive every day to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests; however, we recognize that there is still room for improvement.
