조식포함으로 예약했는데 식당에 전달이 안되어있어서 대기하게 되었음.

2주 전 설 명절에 카시아 투숙하고, 2주만에 아코르 프로퍼티에 방문한거였는데, 저한텐 머큐어 삿포로가 5성 카시아보다 좋았다면 믿으시려나요 ㅎ 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 일단 위치가 너무 좋았구요, 주변 인프라도 환상적이었습니다. 별도의 컨시어지는 없었지만 프론트 데스크가 너무 나이스해서 투숙 만족도를 전반적으로 끌어올리는 거 같네요. 체크아웃날 눈이 좀 왔는데, 귀국 날 좀 이런저런 에피소드가 있었습니다만 무사히 귀국할 수 있도록 도와주신 프론트 한국인 직원분께 이 자리를 빌어 감사하다는 말씀 드립니다. 5월에 삿포로 한 번 더 가는데, 아코르 호텔 비교를 위해서 이 때는 그랜드 머큐어로 예약해뒀거든요? 그런데 이번 스테이가 워낙 만족스러웠어서 예약 변경할까 고민할 정도로 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.!!
