Mercure Sapporo located in Susukino, steps away from Nikka signboard. Location is unbeatable. Airport shuttle is just cross the road and many convenience stores nearby. Room was neat and larger compared to Japan standard and privilege room provided you a full set of skin care by Pola inn your entire stay. Staffs were helpful and informative. Definitely will come back here!

Stay for 5 night everything went well, we book directly to them & as a accord members we have a few perks. We paid a reasonable rate given is on Christmas week, room size is ok, front desk is efficient, they do " eco housekeeping" basically you need to inform them if you want your room to be clean, coin laundry washing machine available, free coffee at the 3rd floor lobby, breakfast is nice ( if it come with the room), great location - lots of convenient store, resto, don quixote, malls, even few adult establishment, nearby train station also. Only downside would be is the hotel is pretty full that time, so elevator take awhile or waiting for a available washing machine 😉

룸 업그레이드로 기존 방보다 좋은 방에 투숙해서 잘 머물다 갈 수 있었습니다 감사합니다 한가지 보완되면 더 좋을거 같은 부분이 로비로 올라오는 엘리베이터 내부가 먼지가 많은게 한눈에들어오고 카페트가 매우 더러운게 보여집니다 힘들겠지만 엘리베이터 포함 카페트가 깔끔해지면 4성급 호텔의 품위를 올려주는데 더욱 더 좋은 영향이 있지 않을까 싶습니다

호텔도 좋았지만, 무엇보다 위치가 정말 너무 좋았습니다. 그런데 로비에서 가끔 담배냄새가 나네요..
