호텔룸 내부는 좀 올드하지만 위치도 좋고 직원분들이 모두 친절해서 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 다만 중국인단체관광객들로 인한 조식당 만족도는 최악이었습니다. 식사중 옆테이블에서 계속 코를 후비고 있고 밖에 대기줄이 있음에도 식사를 다 마쳐도 나가질 않습니다ㅠ 또 무리지어 테이블주변에서 잡담을 하며 통행로를 막고 개인접시에 담았던 음식을 다시 옮겨놓는 장면도 목격했습니다. 3일동안 중국인들로 인한 비슷한 경험을 계속하다보니 정말 불쾌했습니다. 그렇지만 플래티넘혜택도 잘 챙겨주시고 모든 직원들이 친절하시기에 내년에도 재방문하겠습니다.

Location: Convenient, 3mins walk to nearest susukino station, near to Tanukikoji Shopping street (8 mins walk), Airport Limousine bus about 3-4 mins walk across the hotel Price: Reasonable Service: Diamond member was well taken care of, unlimited access to Lounge and food was great, breakfast have wide variety, unique pancake machine to make pancakes by waving hand, ice cream was served, room was upgraded upon check in, able to microwave our food hot at the lobby level

트윈룸을 예약하고 싶었는데 일본의 공휴일이라 방이 없어서 남은 방을 예약하게 되었습니다. 평일에는 트윈룸이 변경이 가능한지 문의메일을 보냈는데 객실변경에 대한 상세한 정보(가능여부, 추가금액, 변경되는사항-프리빌리지룸에 비치된 어메니티)를 알려주어서 원래 예약했던 객실에 머무는게 좋겠다는 생각을 하게 되었습니다. 객실을 일주일 전에 예약하고 도착하기 하루 전에 메일을 보냈는게 빠르고 정확하게 궁금한 사항에 대한 정보를 알려주어서 좋은 기분으로 여행을 할 수 있었습니다.
