Great location for the Snow festival and major sights in Sapporo

All as expected for this chain of Accor hotels Pleasant privilege room on the 14th floor where we stayed for 4 nights. We were there for the Snow festival yet there is enough to keep you happy and busy for this amount of time. Clean room and house keeping is done daily without having to request which is bucking the current trend and we were appreciative of this. Water and soft drinks are replenished daily. Coffee pods are decent plus you can access complimentary coffee from the machine in reception during the day. Breakfast has a number of choices and as usual for Japan the Asian options are the better choice to make. A good selection of 3/4 fresh fruit options. Alas the lychees did not appear daily. The restaurant gets very busy around 8-8.30am. staff refill the empty dishes quickly. Some changes are made daily, which is good. The rooms are well sound proofed from the exuberant area outside The hotel is well located.

Wonderful anniversary stay. Snow festival.

We had a great stay. Was in town for Snowfes and chose this hotel to be right in heart of Susukino. Had let the hotel know we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they left a lovely surprise in room. English spoken perfectly by all staff and very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Room size typical of Japan and we were on the top floor. 30 sec walk to subway and next door to Lawson. 20 min walk to Sapporo station or take the subway. Would definitely stay here again for Snow festival.
