Our bistro offers a selection of snacks and beverages available 24 hours a day, and while we do not have a full-service restaurant, there are dining options available within 1 km of our property. Regarding your arrival experience, we maintain high service standards during shift changes, and we appreciate your patience during this process. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review. We appreciate your kind words about the beautiful town of Melsungen and are glad you enjoyed your visit there. However, we are sorry to hear that your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectations. Our hotel is a 100% non-smoking property, and we take this policy very seriously. We will investigate the issue you mentioned regarding the smell in your room and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again. As for the noise outside, we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Our hotel does not have air conditioning, but we do provide fans upon request to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. We understand that a stable internet connection is important, and we apologize for the weak WiFi signal you experienced.
