My wife and I were very disappointed with this Hotel. The room did not smell clean as if smokers had been there before. In the evening and early morning outside in the parking area a group of people were hanging around making noice and smoking so that it was impossible to have a window open which was not very nice since this hotel does not have airconditioning. And internet was virtually nonexistent, 3mb down and 1mb up. Not at all what we are used to from Ibis Hotels who have all been wonderful up to now. Summing up, I cannot not recommend this hotel to anybody, but the town Melsungen its very pretty and nice to visit

Our hotel does not have air conditioning, but we do provide fans upon request to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. The hotel was terrible for three nights and four days they never changed our towels we asked for them but they were never granted but they were promised to us the room was dirty the service was bad the breakfast poor the parking little the location uncomfortable and therefore we will never go back and I would not recommend this hotel even my worst enemy. During our time at this hotel the room was never made up the room was never cleaned and when we asked the receptionist about it she laughed in our faces.
