Here’s a concise summary: My stay was overall very good, with excellent service upon arrival and clean, cozy rooms. The restaurant was nice, but due to the late hour, I opted for the bar, where the cocktails were excellent, and David, the bartender, was skilled. However, I felt pressured to pay in cash as card terminals weren’t working, and I lacked enough cash. Additionally, I couldn’t get an invoice as the system was closed, and an unprofessional comment from the bartender further tarnished the experience. On a positive note, the breakfast staff Ángel, Celeste, and Paolo offered exceptional service, leaving me with a good impression. I hope these areas can be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

I had a good experience during my week long stay here. Bianca at the reservation helped me with early check in at 10 am. Elga the gentleman at the door carried my luggage to my room. Rooms were basic, like at any other Ibis hotel. But location was great, being near to the Larcomar shopping centre from where one can get a good view of the Pacific hotel. Canos Santero, a bar cum restaurant is close by and a good place to eat. Breakfast too was good. Far better than other Ibis hotels. Staff very polite and helpful.

Difficult to understand why this hotel only has 3 stars. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is very good. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent, with the reception desk being constantly laden with staff. There is a significant buffet offered for breakfast and the hotel is well located for the sea front just 5 minutes away and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The Ibis is one of 4 Ibis hotels in the area. This hotel was located on Avenue Jose Larco close to the oceanfront shopping centre. Hotel is well equipped modern hotel. Decent air conditioned room. Decent bed with reasonable space. Breakfast was fine with a reasonable selection.
