CHEAP @SS HOTEL POORLY MAINTAINED!!

This hotel looks good from a distance, but it is very poorly maintained. The rooms are TINY and comparable to my home closet. The towels (two bath and shower floor towel ONLY, no hand towels) are so worn, I would not use them to dry my car or motorcycle. The air conditioning is either on FREEZING or off. The elevators are slow. The breakfast is PATHETIC and not worth the $10 USD cost. The front desk staff are kind, but USELESS. Maid service is PATHETIC. NO NOISE INSULATION, so you will hear traffic 24/7. No coffee, no room refrigerator, Internet does not work, and the only good thing is the price and location.

The rooms are extremly small, no place to put clothes and luggaje, not cheap almost for the same price I can get an Hotel at Periferico de la juventud,not any ammenities included, Breakfast not Included, is designed for very petite people, the only advantage is the downtown is very near.Matress not comfty, No shampoo available either

Nice place, conviniently located downtown with accesibility and relatively close to the airport. Room WAS ok but nothing Out of the ordinary. TV only has few chanels and the food in the hotel was a bit dry and pretty regular. A little bit more expensive then others in the city. Won't be staying there another time if I don't have to

I enjoyed my night at this little hotel, it was clean and comfortable the only suggestion is that people at the front desk could be more professional and helpful, they were just talking while we tried to figure out how to go to our room . Breakfast was ok.

Tiny rooms. Good Value.

We had previously stayed at an IBIS in Los Mochis, so we were a bit better prepared for what to expect from this hotel brand. The staff was very friendly and check in was very easy. The room is very small as expected, but certainly clean. You only get one bath towel per person (no wash cloth or hand towel). A recommendation to the hotel would be to provide a simple hand towel and/or washcloth as well so one can dry their hands after washing them. The included breakfast was a buffet style and actually quite good. The location of the hotel was also good, only about 2 miles or so from the historical center of town where most of the museums and tourist attractions are. Overall, excellent value, especially if you are only staying a night or two. Their check out time is quite late (1PM) which was very convenient for us as our flight wasn’t until the afternoon. Would recommend this hotel.
