It was very good to stay in Ibis for 3 nights. All staff were very supportive specially Djamila was so kind & very helpful. Shahra was also so kind at restaurant who was taking care very well dinting my stay. I would like to come again soon. Shahra speaks English very well so it was very easy to prepare anything for me.

I had used my credit card to book two rooms for two nights, about one week before my stay. I had received my order confirmation, booking reference and paid for the rooms hotel before arrival. Upon arrival to the hotel, they claimed my reservation was non existent. I then called my credit card company who confirmed the booked was made and accepted. The hotel continued to state I had no room booking and was requesting for me to pay a second time and they would grant me a room. The workers were not helpful at all in trying to fix the issue, and ultimately I left and took my business down the street to a different hotel. As someone who values customer service I will never be returning to any Ibis location.

It's my 1st experience in this hotel, it was very calm although it was full. The breakfast was not too bad. The room was clean. Khadija the receptionist is a very gentle and helpful person. Some adjustments have to done, like the internet connective password daily changes

I was in Oran for a quick visit, had a good experience in the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Quick response when asking for other services (extra pillows and an iron). The room was clean and fresh, bathroom also very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast in the terrace with family and notice that social distancing was taken into consideration by hotel management along with other health caring procedures. Over all, nice stay and enjoyable time in the hotel.

How accor group-IBIS can check in a guest when AC of Hotel is not working that too in summer

ibis Oran les Falaises Hotel Oran PLACE DETAILS Pawan Sharma just now How IBIS can book a room for guest when Ac of the Hotel is not working in summer. totally inhuman .Please be carefull and enquire about AC functioning before checking in. I had a booking on 3rd august . Reservations alloted me a room . But AC of the room was not working. at night app. 9 when i enquired at reservation about AC , some other guests were also there complaianing about Same issue, they told me technicians are working and soon AC will start. at night 12 they said sorry it is not working since last 2 days. and they can not help now. how a hotel like IBIS can allow guests to sleep in packed room without AC in peak summer. . in the morning recervation told that managament had told to inform every guest before check in that Ac is not working in the Hotel , then why we were not informed. this is absolutly not as per standered of Accor hotel /IBIS standered . this is second time happened with me in last 5 weeks.
