Un lugar muy grato para hospedarme, siempre que visito Conce me alojó en este hotel. Primero me gusta su ubicación, ya que es un sector tranquilo, cercano al aeropuerto, pasan micros que te dejan a cuadras de éste. Y frente al mall trébol, cerca de dos o tres supermercados. El desayuno es buffet, es bueno, podría mejorar con opciones de yogurt sin lactosa por ejemplo, o algunas otras variedades. Pero cuenta con leche sin lactosa, lo cual se agradece. Tiene un restaurante de pago, con buenas opciones y precios. El personal es muy amable y agradable y siempre atento a resolver tus dudas. La habitación cuenta con lo necesario, si solo tienen shampoo y jabón y acondicionador en uno, lo cual no es muy buena idea . El aire acondicionado es bueno y silencioso.

Me quede una noche por trabajo, la pieza tiene lo justo y necesario para un hotel de 3,5 estrellas. Limpio, buena ubicacion, frente al mall, a la salida de la autopista principal de la ciudad. El desayuno habia q pagar y no era continental. Si vas por trabajo o una noche express 100% recomendado.

This place is unacceptable! I stayed there with a Brazilian and a British business partner. We all shared the same opinion about the place. They advertise low rates outside and charge you 95$ inside. The interior is like a hostel with deteriorated furniture. The entrance is dirty and the breakfast is worse than a truck stop (i think most truck stops have better food) I hope the hotel is being marked as a location being avoided. The staff is not helpful and only speaks limited english at the front desk. It is a rip off.

We stayed for a night and it was awful. They gave us a room and it turns out the room was already occupied!!! No apology and no explanation. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. Holiday inn is right across the street and has way better dependencies and nicer staff. Cheaper is not better!

The main plus point apart from being a comfortable hotel run by very friendly helpful staff is its proximity to the Mall Trebol via a pedestrian bridge over the dual carriageway where there is a food court and a host of shops. There are also restaurants nearby on the same side of the road which attracted varying reviews. It is close, 2 kms, to the airport but 5 kms out of town so probably the simplest way to get in and out, apart from getting a taxi, is to cross the bridge, go through the mall and catch a bus into town. There is a constant stream of buses which cost only 480 pesos. The main bus station Collao requires a change of bus at Maipu/Paicavi.
