The Worst experience on call, the lady who pickedup the call was rude. Asked name she disconnected, else I would mention

Called 3 times today on 27december around 17:48 hrs, for enquiry, the lady was on call was so rude and asked to check online, when requested again she just disconnected the call on my face! Need to train the associate for guest experience, if website is mentioned everything , not called personally. When i asked her name as she was extremely rude and unprofessional, she disconnected and said i didn’t pickup the call and cut off the line
