Our second time at the Novotel Kolkata in the Newtown area. We will always choose this hotel for - location, car services, decor, breakfast and dinner buffets, salon, beautiful outdoor area by the pool, very helpful staff including check in, housekeeping, restaurant and bellboy staff. As usual a true international Accor hotel with as much local knowledge as possible. Extra shout outs to Simran in housekeeping and Somnath who organised luggage and cars for us. Rooms have great views whether of the Axis mall on one side or the Ibis and LemonTree hotels on the other. We hosted a couple of large dinners for relatives and friends plus we noticed conventions, conferences and other gatherings during our stay. I very much enjoyed the vegetarian pizza and the aubergine dish at the dinner buffet while the breakfast had all the cereals, yoghurts and papaya I wanted plus individual preparations for cooked eggs. Look forward to next time thank you!

We hebben met drie collega's hier een kleine week doorgebracht en dit hotel is een aanrader. Het bevindt zich op korte afstand van de campus waar zich allerlei IT bedrijven bevinden. De buurt zelf is niet heel aantrekkelijk maar het hotel maakt dat goed. Veilig, goed buffet voor ontbijt en diner en prima kamers.
