Dining at the Indian restaurant Bageecha at Novotel Juhu

We usually opt for the buffet at the hotel and for a change, decided to try the outdoor indian restaurant Bageecha... the ambience is beautiful with seating in the garden, by the breezy seaside and coconut trees. There was a live music performance and the musicians Mr Ankit Sarang the vocalist and the Mr Mohd Sultan on Tabla were a delight to the ear and complely enhanced the mood and vibe with their ghazals. The staff were extremely pleasant and our table was attended by Ms Shruti who served us with a smile and attended to us and our needs. We tried the set menu and it was sumptuous, fresh and made the dinner so worthwhile ... Overall it makes it to our revist list

I appreciate "Shubham your dedication to cleaning rooms and I want to thank you for the hard work you put in." "Overall, the space looks much cleaner and more organized, which is great. A few areas for improvement include dusting in high traffic areas like the living room. Dust accumulates quickly there, and thorough dusting would make a noticeable difference." "Regarding the bathrooms, the toilets were well cleaned, but the shower glass could be more thoroughly cleaned to prevent water stains. Paying attention to those small details would make a noticeable improvement." "Lastly, I noticed some missed spots in the bedrooms, particularly along the baseboards. A more thorough cleaning in these areas would greatly improve the overall cleanliness of the room "I appreciate your attention to detail and look forward to your continued efforts to maintain a clean and comfortable space

First of all positive : JP the chief chef has been excellent and some other chef assisting him. The lounge excess was good with good broad smile. Good location However we have stayed since 24th of March until 3rd April and then from 10th April until 14th April. The room service is like 1 star not 5 star. It's very disappointing to see such service despite reminding room keeping staff . Toiletries missing . No towels no toilet roll cleanliness was poor. Updating coffee tea making packs etc. The building needs to be refurbished. With rust showing in various places. We have stayed at Novotel for last 7 years but have seen at each visit deteriation of standards and service. How do I recommend to others from UK to come here. There are lots of trainee staff and not effectively trained. . The saving grace is JP and his team of chefs. Who were excellent.
