We arrived late at night, there were no slots at the car parking, we were told there were too many guests. We had to go out at 1:00 AM and search for a place to park our car. The night shift girl receptionist was a bit grumpy but ok in general. There was only one key for the room for the two of us, which was very inconvenient. The key card is needed for electricity to work in the room but also to use the elevator. So it is impossible for one guest to stay in when the other goes out. We asked for the second key but were told there are too many guests and there are no keys left (?!). There were less towels then usual in the room. There were considerable troubles while booking also. First time I booked through site the booking just disappeared miraculously, second time I couldn't book through site at all and had to call the hotel. I had to prepay the booking because of late arrival and there were troubles with processing payment also. If I knew there will be no opportunity to park a car I would definitely choose another hotel. We stayed at this hotel before and loved it but we were very disappointed this time.

Vera and Alina helped us so much and they are amazing. Also michael helped us to prepare our reservation with phone in english language. The girls who is working in the reception bar was perfect and amazing. Really i really satisfied of the visit. Also rooms are great and clean . Everything was perfect. Looking forward to stay there again. The people who is working on ibis samara was amazing and the bestttt.
