It was a very pleasant stay, nice rooms, good internet, accommodating but the rooms are not as clean as these should be, the management needs to pay attention to the workload they give the staff. After talking to them, they are seriously overloaded and the result, dirty rooms. The location is perfect if you are going to the consulate. Perfect location. I would go back, but with some cleaning supplies...

The men who work at the front desk are so understanding, helpful and great customer service skills including the man in the night shift checking temperatures. The housekeeping are very helpful, did a wonderful job cleaning our rooms and we felt so comfortable. My only complaint is that the ladies at the front desk are not so professional, keep locking the elevator for the guests not to use the elevator and are rude. Every time my husband needed to use the elevator due to his temporary disability of his arm and ankle injured we had to ask the ladies and they gave us attitude. If guests are paying for services the elevator should not be locked with a key and blocked off.

I stayed one night at hotel and this hotel was much better than your other $56 a night hotels. Bed had clean sheets and bathroom was equally as clean. Overall the hotel was clean. The problem was that when I came in to check the lady at front desk was rude and when she finally checked me in she was refusing me a second room that I had booked as well. When I told her about it she literally made me do the whole check in process all over again. Also, my room wasn’t ready and after all that check in issues she hands the room key to my companion and tells me my room will be ready in two hours and she will call me. She never called me. Two hours later I went to ask about it, a nice gentleman handed me my key and was extremely professional. I have it 3 stars due to rude staff and check in house because she was refusing me my second room. The hotel is nice, clean and affordable and also conveniently located to a nice coffee shop. I couldn’t believe this hotel was much better than windham.

I stayed in this hotel during 2 weeks for a working trip and had the worst experience I´ve had in any hotel. The bed sheets had stains on them and were changed every 4-5 days. Fleas in my bed (got bitten) Bath towels were something I had to ask for at least 2 nights. Earphones stolen. Hair dryer did not work. No complimentary water bottle. These are just some of the experiences I encountered during my last stay at Ibis Hotel in Cd. Juarez. Never coming back for sure.

The hotel overall is nice. The part of the city it is in feels safe, there is a guy sitting by where you park the cars, that gives a sense of safety. The styling of the hotel and the location are good. The rooms are super small and it was weird to us that the options were a queen size bed OR two twin size beds. (We are used to a room with two double beds as our family is mom and dad and 10 y/o daughter.) It's one of the two that was pet friendly in the entire city of Juarez and we needed that because we were picking up a puppy we purchased, so that was a huge plus. Our stay was good but I do feel that the hotel is a little expensive for what it is; no toiletries, you only got bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths, just little things we are used to and usually take for granted. Also, the room was a little run down, the chair legs were loose, there was marks on the walls from where people kick when they get up from the bed, drywall coming off the edge of a wall and they don't sweep good under the bed, our dog found a bobby pin and quite a bit of dust. Lastly, I saw that the windows were mentioned as a safety hazard. They did not open for us at all, so if we wanted fresh air we definitely couldn't have it but they were definitely not a safety hazard for us on the 4th floor. Also, the air conditioning worked for us.
