It’s great to know that our hotel’s atmosphere, facilities, and service continue to meet your expectations. However, we sincerely apologize for your experience at the rooftop bar, as this is not reflect the standard of service we strive for. Please note that we have two bars on the rooftop, one managed by our hotel and the other outsourced.
