We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our rooms, staff service and breakfast buffet. However, we're truly sorry if the noise from our rooftop bar disrupted your stay, especially being close to New Year's. In regards to the location of the nearest convenience store, kindly be informed that we do have a 7/11 located just within 3 minutes walk from our hotel. Although, we apologize if these was not made aware to you. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we sincerely hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more seamless and relaxing stay experience in the future. First of all, we are truly grateful for your continued return to us, and glad to hear that our hotel's location, HI-SO rooftop bar and breakfast buffet at the Red Oven restaurant were up to your liking. However, we are truly sorry to learn that our room conditions and staff service were not up to the standards we aim to provide to our valued guests.
