I just wanted to share my thoughts on my latest stay at the Novotel on Nagar Road. I’ve lost count, but I think this was my 8th or 9th visit, and once again, it was fantastic. Every time I come to Pune, it really feels like coming home thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. This time, I stayed in the Executive Suite, and it was amazing! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the workspace was super comfortable, making it easy for me to get my work done. The design was so calming that it really helped me relax as well. The location is perfect too—right on Nagar Road, which makes getting to Pune Airport and local business spots a breeze. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I have to highlight the wonderful staff who made my stay even better: - Prachi at the front desk was incredible, making check-in and check-out smooth with her friendly attitude. - Ganesh at the bar was a joy to chat with—so friendly and helpful with drink recommendations. - Radha and Rehan in the restaurant went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and they did it all with a smile. And a special shout-out to Himanshi Sharma, the Guest Relations Manager. She made sure I had a comfortable stay and provided all the info I needed even before I arrived. It’s really the people that make this place special for me. From the moment I step in, I feel like I’m with family—valued and looked after. The service is consistently great, no matter how many times I come back. Thanks for making Novotel Pune my go-to place when I’m in town. I can’t wait for my next stay—and many more after that!

I am truly grateful to the entire team at Novotel Pune for their exceptional support. Nirmit was incredibly helpful throughout the event planning and execution process. During the event, I happened to lose my expensive phone, which was also out of charge. Mr. Digvijay from the Security team not only located and charged the phone but also returned it to me with great courtesy. Thank you once again to the Novotel Pune team for your professionalism and kindness!

With Novotel it's always a Fantastic experience because their staff is extremely hospitable and extremely customer centric with a smile on their face. This is my second visit to the Novotel at Pune Viman Nagar and I would like to give a shout out to Sandhya who has been extremely nice and helpful ensuring she keeps the Novotel flag high.
