I stayed for weekend in fujairah with my family, the hotel room was very good clean & neat. The breakfast was amazing and the team was so good & helpful. Big Thanks to Reception Team, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Kitchen & Service Team. Will definitely come back to the hotel, only one opint to consider to setup a curtain between the room door and the bed to secure some privacy if the room door open at any time.

The room was really strange. A lot of sharp edges on the furnitures. not really kid friendly. Fire alarm set off couple times during our stay. It was so expensive for the value that we could have received better from other chain.

I truly enjoyed my stay and experienced an excellent hospitality from an expert team of professionals in Novotel Fujairah. From Checkin to Checkout it was a great experience. Special thanks to Ms. Martha from reservations for that extra support.

We love sending her here. She considers this to be her home away from home. The staff is always professional. This time the lobby was so amazingly quiet. You already know she loves peaceful, spacious, and quiet places. We're grateful for her fruit and chocolate platter. We're especially grateful for her room. Special thanks to the restaurant for her breakfast. We know you've changed your hours, but so has the MOE, ESE and MOH. She has to work online in the early morning, plus go into the office to work. So your to go breakfast was a blessing. Thank you so much for all you do. May God continue to bless you during this pandemic. There was one thing we were concerned about. The parking spaces in the garage had cones and garbage pails in them. It's like people were holding their spots. Plus, you young men were in the car park blocking off parking spots. That seemed crazy and strange to us. You have another floor right, P3, right?

Everyone follows a well rehearsed drill to please guests to the best possible. Service staff continue to take all precautions to make guest feel safe and comfortable. Breakfast team is efficient and cordial.
