Speechless and dont know how to describe. The third floor has mold and smells bad. They cannot get a breakfast order right to save their lives. I will not be going back. While the management seems concerned and tried to make it right the next morning the complimentary breakfast was still wrong. I saw mold and water damage on the walls and it smelled really bad walking down the hallway. You just wanted to hurry and get into your room

Duży hotel dobry na wyjazdy służbowe, duży plus to parking pod ziemny ogólne wrażenie dobre , minus to słabe wi-fi i dość głośna wentylacja . Dobra obsługa ,czysty basen ,dobre śniadania godny polecenia

Ibis is one of my favourite chains and the Fujairah property is no different. Its good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The options for meals is a bit limited. There needs to be better signage for the underground car park.

I had done online check in. My room was ready and my keys ready on counter .it took only 5-7 min for front office staff to accomdate me.Kudos to front office staff and the breakfast serving area staff they were very polite and courteous.

Francisco was excellent. Understood the exact needs and requirements of Guests. Ordinary staff (somehow smiling is like a distant memory). Breakfast was good, but served in Novotel (minor inconvenience)

Usually I book through 3rd party websites but this time used hotel's own site. Upon checking in at the hotel, receptionist said we have booked only the room but later on after asking, confirmed that we have also booked breakfast for one person. My question is, when we book a double room, why have we booked breakfast only for one...in their website, there was an option to select the rate with bf or without it; so we selected the rate with bf and there was no other option or asked us how many people need bf. I explained this to reception but not understood. so i paid extra...Paying extra was not an issue but the hassle. Next time I order room only or use third party service which was always great. TV got only very few English channels to watch.

Cost-Effective Accommodations in Fujairah

For those not familiar with the Ibis brand, it offers a fairly basic, "no-frills" approach to lodging. This should not, however, be confused with poor accommodations - quite the contrary. The property seems very new, and everything from the public spaces to the rooms are clean and modern. Rooms, although fairly small, are spotless clean and completely functional, and offer such amenities often not found at much higher-priced establishments such as free WiFi and a refrigerator. The hotel also offers food service around the clock, although I did not order any so I can't speak directly to this service. The location is right on the main drag in Fujairah, so for most business trips to the area the setting should be fine. If your destination is more the beach resort vacation elsewhere in the province, this would not be an ideal location for you, even though the drive to beaches is really not all that far. Overall, an excellent choice for reasonably-priced lodging in Fujairah, and would absolutely stay there again.

It was an excellent experience. There was a little bit problem in the wi-fi which needs to be rectified, however the staff on the reception desk was very co operative & dealing the customers very professionally.
