I'm deeply sorry to hear about the numerous issues you encountered, and I sincerely apologize for the negative experience. It’s clear that the cleanliness of your room, the amenities provided, and the overall service did not meet your expectations or the standards we aim to maintain. The concerns you’ve raised, from the state of the towels and the room’s condition to the noise levels and the lack of proper air conditioning, are completely unacceptable.
