It was nice experience to stay in Sofitel Casablanca it's my first time I was shook for the hospitality and the professionalism of the staff my chick in it's very professional and the location it's near to all ,the room it's fabulous the service it's amazing I would like to thanks all the staff who make my stay in this hotel happy I feel like at home thank you so much to Halima from housekeeping and chaima ,Zakaria and the receptionist who do my chick in ,all convierge staff ,yassine, Fatima Zahra from restaurant thanks to all

Service was implacable at restaurant. Hind was the best manager ever. So attentive with her staff making sure that everyone is cared for . This is a must for everyone to have an excellent and relaxed experience in Casablanca. You can get fabulous service with a smile here

The food is delicious. I had the salad and ribeye steak, both of which were excellent. The staff are friendly, explain the menu well, and are very patient. The food is served with a touch of elegance, making the dining experience feel special.

Despite the incident that occurred during my stay at the sofitel tour blanche casablanca , i have pleasant memories of my stay, thanks to the professionalism of the team and the exceptional attention of miss Amina, ,the foor housekeeper , she was able to react quiuckly and with empathy , ensuring that i was taken care of in an exemplary manner. his support and kindness truly softened this mishap, thank to her and rthe entiure team for their avaibility and kindness

It has a great location, and we had a gorgeous view of the Hassan II Mosque from our 12th floor room. But LET’S TALK ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were here on a private tour with Siroco Tours. Not VIPs. Not a huge group. Just my husband and me. The Sofitel coordinated a surprise birthday cake for me after an amazing dinner at Rick’s Cafe. And I don’t mean a little cupcake in the hotel room. I mean full-on, walk into the hotel lobby at almost midnight, and the entire night staff -from doormen to the manager to bar staff to housekeeping- appears out of nowhere, all smiles, rolling a big chocolate cake on a cart and sings happy birthday. We were so surprised! What an incredible way to celebrate my 50th!! THANK YOU to everyone on the evening shift for making my birthday truly unforgettable. You guys are the best.
