Unprofessional team led by Youssef Kssima. They charged me 3 times on my credit card unexpectedly. After 4 months they still havent paid me entereily. I sent multiple emails and phone calls, Youssef team is on copy and no one cares to answer. FEELS LIKE A SCAM AND STILL WAITING FOR REMBOURSEMENT

・ケトルに濁った水がケトル半分くらい入った状態。・タオルが古く汚れほつれていた。・スリッパがなかった。・ふとんカバーはシミとタバコの焦げた穴が開いていた。・枕カバーもシミがあった。
