This is not a fluff review. This is reality. I found this hotel needs renovating. The furniture is past its time and nasty/dirty for the most part. I was checked into a room which still had people in the room. (Luckily I was not hurt by the current person in the room. The staff asked me to stay by the room and they would be back. After 20 minutes I went back to the person who checked me in and was treated nastily. He made the mistake not me however he treated me like I did something wrong. I can go on about no towels in the room to being brought a towel that was stained. The furniture in room was stained and to dirty to sit on. Must of the staff were very nice. The guy checking you in has an attitude. Beware of the misleading review and pray you do not get the check in attitude person.

Had it not been for the intervention of a very understanding manager it would probably have been ‘zéro points’. Room ok, bathroom amenities pathetic but overall no complaints on the accommodation front . BUT 24 hour room service is a false claim .. I finally got through on the 5th ( lengthy ) attempt to be told that the kitchen was closed and only sandwiches were available … The dining room the next morning was a scene of utter chaos and that was at 9:30 ! And to cap it all one of the three elevators was not working , bad luck with a seemingly full house. Quite a task ahead for the manager I met , he knows what lies ahead but I will not return to stay at the Novotel in Casablanca.

I was chocked about how much the hotel need maintenance and renovation. It is for sure not up to Novotel quality. Everything in the room was old and dirty except a nice TV. Bed sheets are very old and dirty. Bed very uncomfortable. Towels are so old that we cannot even use them as mop . I do not recommend that hotel at all.

I recently had a Gret expérience staying at Novotel ,and it was nothing short if exceptional,all thanks to the remarkable hospitality extended to me by staff member. Every aspect of this hôtel is exceptional ,service food and location.my 1 choice always

Officious guy at front desk delayed check in. Rooms very very basic Breakfast had limited choice and what there was was poor quality eg coffee. Not enough staff to top up breakfast items and plates etc and clear tables Decent location hence 1 star
