My sister and I stayed here for night. The location was excellent. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was great. But what stood out for sure was the service. We were greeted with friendly smiles and outstanding service. Additionally, Ahmed? at the Concierge desk went above and beyond by going to the train station and purchasing train tickets on our behalf so that we had one less thing to do! I believe it was Mohammed who checked us in and remembered our name each time we went in and out. Outstanding staff. Well done,

Stayed here in January 2023 for 3 nights. Pros: - Opposite to the train station, very convenient for transfers to/from the airport or other cities in Morocco - The WiFi speed was amazing throughout my stay. No issues at all. Cons: - Zero water pressure in the shower - Square pillows makes it very difficult to sleep (that’s the only pillows they had)

Good location near the train station. Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are very tired. Slow elevators sometimes have to wait 10 minutes. Air conditioning not working and room very stuffy. Can open windows a bit but it’s a noisy area of the city. A Coca Cola in the Restaurant will cost $5cdn which is outrageous.

Good but not great

The staff was all very nice, check in easy and great. Help with directions and money. Rooms were so so, nothing great, nothing bad. Location was not my favorite- Not convenient to walk to the things I wanted to. There was some things to see within walking distance.

Overall 5 on 10 Front desk 5 on 10 Rooms 3 on 10 Location 8 on 10 Staff 7 on 10 General upkeep 3 on 10 Well had almost a day and a hal at this hotel. Must say the coldest recpetion ive met. Rather slow at everything. The hotel lobby is like most novotels simple and to the point but is worn out. The lifts also have the same eorn out look and then no surprises when you come to the room. My wash basin had cracks and so did the bathroom floor. The view out though was of the harbour and was amazing. The breakfast next day was disappointing as hell. Guests were pouring in while only 2 person were still trying to lay the breakfast. I settled for some hot milk since getting eggs seemed far. All in all casablanca has many gd hotels and this can easily be given a miss at this price point.
