Nice, quiet and clean rooms, very good situation in Casablanca, many things to do at a walking distance, the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I really spent good times here ! Only the parking is too small, fortunately, the parking staff help to park the car if needed .

Need some refurbishment

hotel needs some refurbishment. Not all elevators working and inside, control panels not fixed and you have impression that it will fall out. This is not even to fix, but dangerous. Staff at breakfast / dinner / bar not very reactive. Good preparation of all COVID actions (distancing, hydrolic gel etc.)

This was my thirs time staying there and it was again a nice and pleasant stay overall. Room was comfortable and clean, personal very helpful. At present the location is surrounded by a lot of construction due to the renovation of old port area in Casa. Only minus point is breakfast due to technical defects of Coffee machines and other equipment....need to be improved.

Dirty and old rooms. Weak breakfast There are no a lot of options for dinner&lunch. I prefered this hotel only for the location. But the room was really bad and the air condition did not operate well.

On December 3, I was warmly welcomed at the check-in desk. A Platinum paper set was given to me with the key, including a welcome drink. My room was on the 15th floor (on a total of 18 floors. Something I appreciated. I am not really sure that I was upgraded. In any case, I was not informed that it would or would not be the case. But my stay was great thanks to the staff! Starting at breakfast time, it is not the first time that I feel warmly welcomed. The contact is very friendly, efficient and remain professional with full respect of your customer's position. Until my last day, it will have been nice and very comfortable for me to be well treated. So thank you so much to the breakfast team and to the bar lounge team!!!

Absolutely not friendly service, fully opposite to what is called customer centric, dirty rooms with strange hairs in the bed and bathroom, broken plugs, and only location and lobby bar staff are good

We love it here. We're greated like family, it has to be in the best spot of all for any tourist visiting Casablanca, right by the Casa Port train station and the city Tram way. Plenty of taxis all around and security guards right at the doorstep. If you ever encounter any issue, the desk staff will sort it out immediately. And if you're ever in need of local currency, they'll change your money at a fair price. Can't wait to go back!

Would be good if had tea/coffee making facilities in room. Else everything else as expected. Location good and next to train station and cruise port. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Small Kasbah and Central Market nearby.

I have stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, the first night I had to ask to change rooms, there was piss on the toilet bowl, dried toothpaste around the bathroom sink and the bedsheets had stains on them and the bed was not made correctly. First night, I went down to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, the food wasn't good but it is expected. However, the table was not clean either, and even though I was the first person to sit at that table for dinner, it was dirty and there were crumbs and food bits on the table as well. Breakfast, same affair: glasses and cups are not clean either. I am used to somewhat shady hotels in the world but I most definitely do not expect that from a 4 star accor hotel. However, the staff is very friendly and when I asked to change rooms, I was given a sea view room in exchange for free. The windows in my room were not built properly and there was condensation in between the two sheets of glass of the window rendering it absolutely impossible to see anything through, but that is not the staff's fault.

excellent hotel and walking to casa port train station. taxi drivers outside the hotel are cheats. we almost got conned, walk away and catch a taxi away from the hotel. room door was hard to open, had to try several times

Near to shops, restaurants and just next to the main train station. Access to taxis is very easy. Comfortable bed and room. Reception staff were very cooperative and polite. Breakfast is average but nice.

Rooms were not cleaned and the room was allocated to me . then they shifted me to other room, in that the tv and Shower with hot water was not working and the blanket was damaged. then they shifted to other room, in this room the Tv are not proper. Overall it was very poor, sorry for choosing NOvotel

I booked here for a business trip. The website crashed as I tried to make the payment. I entered my details again and tehe bookng went through. I then received TWO emails stating I had booked two rooms which were 'NON-REFUNDABLE'. I contacted custoemr services immediately and after dragging their heels somewhat, I was informed they could not refund the additional; room which had been charged due to a computer/internet issue!! I appealed again, only to be given the same response yet again!! Net result, my stopover was far more expensive than originally budgeted for, and they probably resold the room anyway!!!!! Very shoddy treatment by a large chain, whiclst attending an International Seminar hosted by Casablanca Port and attended by their shipping minister!!....I won't be booking again.

However, we have not received any notification regarding the double booking. In our system, there were two bookings made at different times and with two confirmation numbers which means two different customers. I'm used to stay in the very good Novotel in Brussels or Paris and was expecting the same room comfort but bed was rather hard, clim didn't cool enough, poor TV-set. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, omelettes, etc. but flyes are entrering the room and making a feast of them. Disgusting!. Suggestions : buy overmadrass and place catch-flyes near the windows!

Found to be a Good stay during my stay.. Though few lack on amenities in term of bathroom accessories, not a very good A/c control in the room and lacks in WiFi connectivity (frequent disconnection) Other wise - Good Breakfast option and the availability even during the early bird. A kind of liked it. comfortable bed and calm environment is also good.

Hotel is fine but had two problems. One is during the breakfast the dishes were wet and not clean. Secondly they charged 2 times from my credit card. It is blocked. The personnel should more carefull with payment. this is also an hotel service.

Television sets inside bedrooms are old fashioned but a very welcoming staff and hotel that made my stay wonderful in all. Good warmth and attracting decoration of lobbies and bedrooms. Very likely to return.

The stay at the hotel was up to Novotel standards, though the space in the room, particularly the setup of where the bed was and the bathroom doors was very very tight. The breakfast was quite good and though it was necessary to wait or order many of the things in the buffet as only very limited quantities were provided and were immediately all taken by the present guests, was quite in line with normal Novotels. The only issue was at the check in, as even having all my data in the system I still had to personally fill in a form with my passport data which I found extremely useless. After wasting that time I was given a room, once getting to the room, it was locked from the inside as if someone was in there, I therefore had to go back to reception and tell them, though I got a free drink at the bar I was just taken there and no information or another available room was given to me. It ended up being room service that was still cleaning the room, though pretty interesting as there was no cart outside and as I mentioned the door was locked from the inside. Mostly the way I was treated was not up to the usual standards, lack of information mostly. In any case a very decent stay at the hotel as usual, and good location
