Great hospitality from the 16th floor Head Waiter and his amazing team! We spent three full weeks here and they were always very helpful and welcoming! The bar became our favourite place to enjoy our time after work! Music is always great as well! Thank you!

The service on 16 floor , the crew there are brilliant, everything is good, everyone is nice and very kind. Thanks to everyone there ! I really enjoyed the view, the food is really good too. The pool is clean. The music is perfect for rooftop bar!

Great hotel, good service, very nice and good staff. We stayed during last week ramadan and enjoyed the special iftar buffet very much. Relax at the 16th floor with a beauty treatment, a good drink, the pool and the Casablanca skyline. Breakfast is good and with the tones of the piano played by guests you start the day with a smile.

Good hotel and staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Highlight was the rooftop bar.

Just finished a 4 day stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, helpful and available. The front door staff, concierge, cafe , and front desk were great. The highlight of our days (after a full day out touring and walking) was heading to the 16 th floor rooftop bar and patio. It was a perfect spot to relax. And to eat there, either tapas or dinner. Hassan and his crew are to be commended for doing such a great job and making our time there so comfortable. ( including those outdoor heaters)

It's a hotel that needs many updates. Stayed here twice within 16 days as part of a Moroccan tour. Great breakfasts and lovely roof top restaurant; the rest of the hotel requires a big renewal. Entrance area for cars is too small for luggage drop off. Tue carpets throughout are spotted and should be ripped out and replaced. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds, but are congested with too much furniture and leaning old lamps. This hotel was rated as a 4-star!!! NOT.
