Yatağın sofabed olması ve ufak bir oda olması gerçekten benim için negatif bir sürpriz oldu. 2-3 kere bu dar odada ayağımızı sofabed keskin köşelerine vurduk. Çekyat hiç ergonomik değildi. Havlular çok ufak ve eski idi. özellikle belirtmek isterim ,Konum ve odada bulunan mutfak ekipmanları iyi idi.

This one is a 5/5 for us! Has a good functional kitchenette(good cutlery, crockery) good size bathroom with a towel heater, hair dryer, a good firm bed (pillows were a bit soft for us) and a nice practical table with chairs. The TV has BBC, DW in English (there was one other news channel in English but can’t recall what it was). The electrical wall sockets is a bit different and would need special adapters if you are from Australia. Place has friendly reception and a place to hold your luggage. It also has a very warm cozy reception area. The apartment is next to Bercy Village with a small supermarket, Boulanger and restaurants including Five Guys burgers. The Metro is 100 metres away (Cour Saint Emilion - Line 14).

Be careful! The ALL apps is so tricky!

When I made the booking for this stay, the ALL apps indicated to me this stay could gain several thousands reward points and it was also shown on my booking. However, once my stay was completed, they now email me the stays are not eligible to earn points. It is totally tricky!!

Fantastic hotel. Kind and friendly management. All employees and staff are very accommodating. I traveled for the Olympic Games. This was a work travel.

I stayed here once before and I wasn't thrilled but I thought I'd give them another go. I won't be going back. 1. The weirdest bed - never seen a bed with so many parts 2. TV had only 3 english channels of which two did not work and the third, BBC, kept going on and off, it was constant 3. the mattress on the bed had some sort of liner on it that made me hot and itchy and the itching was driving me crazy - legs, arms, back. I wanted the staff to remove it but they said if i want the room cleaned it would be an extra cost (you read right). No I just want this lining removed. The room was cleaned and I made it clear I was not paying the extra as that is not what I asked for. They still didn't take care of my request to remove the lining so at 3am I got up and redid the bed. Bloody useless they were. All this was reported to the hotel during the stay.
