Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy Village 4 yıldız

Apartment Hotel is ok. I experienced that the air condition did NOT work very well. During the stay of 5 nights i think there was some bugs arround, because at the end I had some red spots on my skin. Maybe someone should checkup, I saw some small creeps too.

Location is amazing but room need some maintenance stuff was very friendly. Room small but efficient. Well equipped with everything u need for aprtmental hotel. Area near to all transportation. Its highly recommended

I arrived @14:30 and was awaited by the receptionist as 15:00 is check in time. We waited with other people when he was free than he started check in after 15:00 and i had completed check in by 15:20 due to que ( although i have made online checkin apriori) I spent 3 miserable nights where the air conditioning was not working on a hot 30•c summer day. It was not working when ı checked in the room and not fixed until the end. They didn’t even offer to change my room and when ı offered i was told it was fully booked! Only 1 personnel working downstairs ( the receptionist) and he didn’t have time to help me. I even couldn’t see a hotel Manager when i asked to speak. As alone female traveler i had to sleep all windows wide open .The cherry on the cake was the fire alarm in the middle of the night, i went downstairs 8 floor and there ess noone to make an explanation than ı understood there was no emergency indeed. No cleaning or room service in 3 days. Absolutely not worth the money they charged me. I chose this hotel as it was part of Accor group but definetely a shame for Accor...my advice( just pay alittle more and stay in Pullman next to it)

Nice and clean studios and apartments in the heart of Bercy. We stayed in a 2-person studio for 3 days.The studio, and particularly the kitchen area could have been bigger, but they were amply equipped. For a longer stay I would have chosen a bigger apartment. Looking at the map, this hotel might seem a bit out of the way from the central Paris sights, but the efficiency of Metro line 14 which is just around the corner, makes Central Paris within easy and convenient reach. Pet friendly hotel, with a public parking house next door (reachable with a hotel luggage trolley). For multiple days parking, special rates and unlimited comings and goings can be arranged with the parking house.

This apartment hotel is a good option for staying in Paris. The location is ideal. Near shops and restaurants but away from the noise. The rooms are decent size and have enough kitchen space and equipment for a short stay. The gym facility is limited but there is a laundry on site with two washers and one dryer. Overall the Adagio apartment hotels are a good option for France.

Originally booked to stay for 7 nights and then heading to Euro Disney for a further 2 nights. The 6th night into our stay my father had a heart attack and was taken from the hotel to hospital. Thankfully he is doing ok and on the mend. The stay at the hotel for the first 6 days had been fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Following my fathers heart attack they went above and beyond to help look after us at this time. We were able to extend our stay there with no issue at all and they accommodated late check outs for us as required. I cannot praise and thank the staff highly enough for the way in which they helped make a difficult time that little bit easier. Would recommend for anyone to stay at Adagio Paris Bercy and will definitely stay there again when in Paris.

Top quality service (reception staff who spoke very good English, cleanliness, breakfast). Location is just a few steps from metro station,shops and very nice restaurants in Bercy Village . Excellent quality beds in a good size apartments for Paris condition. Unfortunately there is NO AIR CON in rooms. If temperature outside rise above 30 C your stay in this apart hotel is not very pleasant.

This hotel is relatively new and is more of a longer stay hotel. The rooms are decent sized, small by American standards, but nice size by European standards. They are set up with a small kitchenette which is nice if you want to make coffee in the morning or make a light meal in the room. The coffee pot uses #4 Melitta filters which are not provided, neither is coffe so bring your own or buy some at the Fran Prix a few blocks away. Overall we were happy with our stay, the WiFi was weak in our room, mainly because we were in a corner room, otherwise we didn't have any issues with the room. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were pretty light tight. That's a good thing when the sun comes up at 5:30! There was an issue with one of the elevators while we were there, it was out of order essentially the whole time, so there was a wait for it in the morning when everyone was leaving. Otherwise it was enjoyable and highly recommended.

I stayed for 8 nights. Room was cleaned and linens changed on night 7, a waste. Some towels were taken on first full day, and never re-supplied until night 7. Had to borrow toilet paper from another guest. Breakfast room needs a second attendant, the very nice lady was hard-pressed to keep up. Love the staff; love the location.

The room was spotlessly clean,and due to the fold up bed, quite spacious suring the day (by European standards). The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the room was air conditioned. These were the big pluses. But, the hotel staff, while not exactly rude, were not friendly and/or welcoming either. The breakfast was less than satisfactory, and overpriced. The food was not kept stocked, and we had to ask for things like egg cups and cutlery. It is located conveniently near a Metro station, however, i still found it to be located too far from Paris for sight seeing. It did end up costing us more than we thought for Metro travel.

This hotel is ideally located, very close to Bercy Village with many restaurants and bars and just a short walk to the Omnisports Arena. The staff were extremely helpful from arrival and the rooms were like new...A very enjoyable stay and I hope to return soon

We had a great stay in these new apartments across a pedestrian square from a beautiful village of shops and restaurants and a new fast metro line of driverless trains with excellent connections. The staff were always helpful. There were however a few issues probably related to the refurbishment. Our first apartment did not have a walk in shower as requested and agreed but it had a pulldown bed over a couch and would be very good for anyone who is happy with a shower over a deep bath. Then we were given room 101 which was very cramped (the two beds were permanent) and had an open shower bathroom with a low water pressure and the towel rail which did not heat (service is every seven days). We left our luggage for two days and on our return were given 201 just like 101 but the air conditioning was not working. Then we went into 704 which was comparatively spacious despite the fixed beds. It had a balcony and a normal walkin shower where the bath would be. This room had a dish washer which could take the larger plates and also cutlery unlike the single rack in 101. The TV cards showed stations in english but we were told the satellite server for them had yet to be installed. The wifi went out for our last four days although very slow wifi was available in the lobby. These apartments are attractively turned out with a fully equipped kitchens and a big frig and with maintainance improvements could be excellent.

Comfortable room and bed. The room was clean. Nice view on the Pullman hotel (square) and calm square. good location near Bercy and restaurant (Village). At 1 minute from the metro: Cour St-Emilion. Nice service and all staff are available and smile.

The hotel is very nice overall. However, there was no hot one morning. this is very unusual for hotels. I also wish there was a bar to hold on when I was stepping out of the shower. The tub is very slippery.
