NO Laundry Service Be Aware.

Friendly clean hotel. BUT a big problem if you need laundry done, when I complained I was told that they could organize pick up on the Wednesday following week and return on the Friday a whole week later at quite some expense as well. They told me it is not on the official website so I screen shot were it is 100% on the website. All they said is they will organise to take down...and did I want to organize the pickup for Wednesday..WHAT hotel does not do laundry. I told the company I was here to see (One of the largest in Czech) they couldn't believe it either and are having them removed from their client's hotel lists.

Ibis Plzen is located in the commercial zone of Borska Pole, making it an excellent choice for business meetings. Additionally, it caters to leisure travelers who will appreciate its quiet location, complete with a bus stop right outside the hotel. There is ample free parking available behind the hotel. The rooms are clean, and breakfast features a variety of tasty options, including several types of ham and salami, cheese, sausages, fried and scrambled eggs, breads, fresh vegetables, desserts, and much more. The staff is professional and very helpful, particularly Ms. Valerie P., who is knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. Overall, this hotel ranks among the best Ibis locations I've experienced, and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is about a 20-minute bus ride from the train station. Bus number 15, check Google Maps. It is located in a huge warehouse district, there is a mall about 5 minutes away by bus 15, the hotel is at the end of the bus line, you can't miss it. Other than the mall there is nothing in the hotel area. The hotel check-in was friendly and I had requested a corner room to accommodate me. The room was very clean, the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. WiFi was excellent, there was also a TV and minifridge. Breakfast was good, many items to choose from. All in all, a nice stay, in a very quiet area of the city.

Outstanding base for sports trip to Plzen

We were visiting Plzen with a group of young adults who were competing in a major sports event in the Plzen area. We made the Ibis our base for 9 nights and it could not have been better. As others have said the rooms are clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms. But what makes this place is the really pleasant downstairs and outdoors area and of course the unfailingly charming, helpful and professional staff. A highlight for us was the evening buffet, which catered for all tastes and dietary requirements in our hungry group with a good variety of appetising and healthy dishes including plenty of salad. Overall this was a fantastic home from home for us and we would definitely choose the Inis if we returned to Plzen.
