Hotel rooms are spacious and clean with a good sized shower. There is a gym and outdoor swimming pool. Booked with Accor app however we paid more than was booked on the app and when we questioned at reception we were told that it varies because of tax rates though the app quoted inclusive of tax. A part amount was given as credit but not the whole amount. Apart from this the stay was positive.

Had an excellent stay at Novotel the food and the ambience was great and rooms are very clean and neat the staff are very helpful especially I want to mention Lalitha she was very nice and excellent at customer care always ready to help for every thing definitely we will visit again

Unprofessional duty manager Qassım

Despite requesting the service a day in advance, I had to return three additional times after the scheduled service time to follow up. The duty manager, Qassım, was responsible, yet the issue was due to their failure to perform their duties properly. Instead of addressing the problem, he raised his voice and spoke rudely to me as a customer. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
