La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Cama y almohadas buenas. Baño correcto. Dispone de acondicionador y crema corporal que para mí es un plus. Secador de pelo potente. Buena temperatura.

La habitación era amplia, cómoda, con buena climatización y buena iluminación tanto natural como artificial. La ducha es amplia y cómoda. La cama es muy cómoda. Hay dos almohadas distintas. Eché en falta un hervidor de agua en la habitación. Deberían revisar el enchufe del baño, la mayoría de las veces no funcionaba. También deberían revisar el dispensador de gel de la ducha, que se queda pulsado y dificulta su uso. El minibar incluido con un botellín de agua natural y otro de agua con gas, no hay refrescos.

Muy buena experiencia en todo, pero el desayuno horrible, y no a la altura del hotel y sus clientes, no se merece, ni pagar 6€ por ese servicio de desayuno tan pobre, y del día anterior.

We are very pleased that you found our hotel overall to be modern and well located and that you were satisfied with the service of our team, particularly at the reception. We also thank you for the good ratings regarding cleanliness, fitness area, and check-out. We take your detailed criticism of the breakfast very seriously. We sincerely regret that this part of your stay negatively impacted your overall experience. Our breakfast selection should actually meet the expectations of an international guest profile – it is therefore all the more regrettable that this was not the case during your visit.
