The issues you raise regarding cleanliness, the presence of pests, service quality, and the overall condition of the hotel are extremely serious and do not reflect the standards we strive to uphold. Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning issue in Villa 101. Our manager met with you during your stay and identified that the leakage was a technical issue due to condensation, which occurred because the terrace door was left open. We appreciate your understanding as we work to prevent such occurrences in the future. Regarding the heated pool, as a proud member of Green Globe certification, we are committed to sustainability and energy conservation. During the summer season, we do not heat our pool as part of this pledge, allowing the sun\'s natural warmth to create an ideal temperature for swimming. This approach helps us reduce our environmental impact while still providing a comfortable experience for our guests.
