We spent our yearly family vacation for the first time in So Sofitel. My kids really enjoyed. They had plenty of things to do and was just amazing. All the staff are very caring and ready to help especially the butler team who made sure we had everything we needed. We will likely come back again as hotel is spacious. Some days it is a little windy but overall had a pleasant stay. Thank you all

First time in Sofitel and in Mauritius . Was well greeted by reception staff and they were kind enough to provide me with room as soon as I arrived. Hotel is big and room was private. They had good service. Staff are good mannered and helpful. Recommend for special occasion

Exceptional service for a day package! We received a warm welcome from the F&B team. Special thanks to Mr. Rajiv, who went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. We enjoyed the best cocktails made by Linley and Jamie, who were extremely kind. Anastajia, who served our lunch, was sweet and friendly. Great job, team! We will definitely return.

We spent a relaxing holiday. What started as a random destination choice finally turned into a fun vacation. We spent our time in our private pool and soaked in the amazing views from the room. We were always pampered with small attention from Butlers and reception team and it was just the thing that made the difference! we felt that we were part of family rather than normal guests. Although some of the reviews mentioned about the hotel's aging sign, we must admit that it surely stood out but this did not affect our holiday in any way. Big up for the housekeeping team who always did their best to make our room on time (to note that we demanded a lot from them late at night). Thank you for your hospitality and love!

So much to write about our little getaway! I had the most amazing experience! I was warmly greeted by Rajeev and Monisha. Their smile and friendliness made our tiredness go away in an instant! Our check-in was quick and flawless and we met Mr Raj who made sure we had our activities planned out throughout the stay. We had a amazing room with a garden view and the cleanliness was spot on! We also had a wonderful decoration on our bed which we really appreciated. Food in restaurant was good but needed a change in menu. Unfortunately we had cats roaming around. Special thanks to Anastasia, Aman for their suggestions. We were pampered with a little free massage session which is highly appreciated! Thank you to Christelle and Begum. Last but not least, Mr pradeep made sure we had an unforgettable farewell which was the cherry on top!
