Wir sind zu zweit verreist und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Mauritius und im SO Sofitel. Das Essen und die Getränke waren immer frisch und lecker. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Angelegenheiten. Gut zu wissen ist aber, dass man idealerweise englisch oder französisch sprechen sollte. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Hotelanlage, die sehr naturgelegen und grün ist. Der einzige Punkt, der aus unserer Sicht noch Potential hat, ist die Gestaltung des Strandes. Der Strand ist sehr schön und es gab auch immer eine freie Liegemöglichkeit, allerdings wirken die Liegen und die Gestaltung des Strandes durch das Hotel nicht ganz stimmig und haben nicht ganz in das Gesamtbild gepasst. Dies ist jedoch aus unserer Sicht nur ein kleiner Aspekt und beeinflusst unseren sehr positiven Gesamteindruck kaum.

Ruhige Anlage, gut zum Entspannen. Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen, in südlichen Gegenden, z.B. Malediven in ähnlichem Alter nicht anders (bei uns 2022 das letzte mal). Das tropische Klima macht sich eben bemerkbar. Das Service ist bemüht, mehrmalige Nachfragen bez. Ergänzungsartikel allerdings auch Standard. Buffet ist ausgezeichnet, Bar ebenfalls. Außenanlagen vorhanden, aber auch mit sichtbaren Abnützungserscheinungen. Der Urwald beginnt an der Terrasse, wir haben es trotzdem genossen.
