Schoon, gastvrij en lekker eten. Prima verblijf gehad met name dankzij de fijne lounge en de goede zorgen van Anchal, zij gaf ons persoonlijke aandacht en was supervriendelijk en begaan. Ook fijn was de karaoke bij het diner. Bij het ontbijt supergoede masala thee gemaakt door hele vriendelijke jongen. Een aanrader!

Inchecken was een nachtmerrie en heeft 1 uur geduurd. Verschillende facturatiefouten (rewardspunten niet in aanmerking genomen,...). Eindelijk op de kamer (en nog wachten op de bagage) kreeg ik telefoon om terug naar de receptie te komen. Uiteindelijk was er de manager nodig om alles uit te klaren. Buffet was de enige mogelijkheid om te dineren (dixit de onthaalbediende) en werd dan ook onmiddellijk afgerekend bij het inchecken. Groot was mijn verbazing dat er ook à la carte kon gegeten worden. Late check-out was in het begin niet mogelijk (ik moest de volgende dag terug contact opnemen met de receptie). Na alle negatieve ervaringen was het plotseling toch mogelijk (klantgerichtheid is ver te zoeken).
