Regarding the issue of the Internet not working, we will strengthen the daily inspection and maintenance of the network equipment in the future to ensure the stable operation of the network. As for the insufficient English communication ability of our staff, we will conduct targeted language training courses to improve their English proficiency, so as to better serve international guests. Regarding the long time it took to check out, it was indeed due to a computer malfunction that caused you inconvenience. We are very sorry for that.
