Dear Angeles P., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry that your stay did not feel as comfortable and convenient as you had hoped. We regret that you found the room less suitable for reduced mobility. The room is located on the ground floor, just a few steps from reception, and there are alternative routes available within the hotel. Guests may use the exit door to access the car park directly without additional steps, and the Merton Street entrance provides access to the restaurant while avoiding the internal stairs. As a historic property, we do have certain architectural limitations, and we appreciate that these may not suit every guest’s individual requirements. Our guest rooms are also not advertised as being air conditioned, and we are sorry that this affected your comfort. We are pleased to share that the hotel will be undergoing an extensive refurbishment later this year, with improvements planned to enhance comfort and the overall guest experience.
