3 nights staying at hotel whilst visiting relations in the locality. 3 good nights sleep on comfortable twin room beds. Breakfast staff attentive and anything running out was quickly replenished ,as well as cooking poached eggs on request. Never felt rushed and reception were extremely welcoming and polite. Welcome letter gives the impression that nothing is too much to ask to enjoy your best experience. Log fire made relaxing in comfortable seating in the lounge bar at the end of a day so lovely, on a cold weekend. Will definitely return again. Lost one star, as it seems there are no rooms with a walk in shower and irritating phone selection menu cut me off trying to phone in to enquire. Fabric of the building although spotlessly clean is showing its age. Room radiators didn't work, warm air blowers ok, but didn't stop the icy draught whistling under the lovely patio doors in room 101.

Just a quick thank you for everything! Our company Christmas Party went really well and everyone had such a great time, everyone commented on how lovely the food was too. This is the second time we've held our company Christmas Party with the Mercure Box Hill Burford Bridge Hotel and again, nothing was too much trouble from confirming the booking through to the event day itself. Katie Glaze was superb with coordinating our event from start to finish to ensure everything was in place and the staff on the day of the event were extremely helpful too. Thanks for a great party night!

My family booked Christmas Day Lunch at the Burford Bridge Hotel. We had a wonderful day, the staff and service were excellent. The food was delicious and plentiful. The attention to detail made for a wonderful day. We will definitely be back soon.

Relaxing stay New Years Eve 2024

My wife and I had a one night stay at this wonderful hotel on New Year’s Eve 2024. We found the hotel to be very comfortable for our short stay and the and staff we met were excellent. Our room was smart and spotless and we particularly enjoyed having a drink in the cosy hotel bar complimented by a lovely roaring log fire. Special thanks to Mani and Adam (behind the bar) for their kind assistance. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay at any time of the year.

L'hôtel est facile d'accès avec un parking situé juste en face et gratuit pour les membres Accor. L'accueil fut un peu mitigé à mon goût. La chambre était agréable avec sa véranda et la vue sur le jardin. Notre passage au bar fut très sympa et nous avons bien dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel.
