Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at the White Hart. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location in the heart of the old city. I do take on board your comments regarding the room, the windows and the coffee at breakfast and I am sorry these fell short of your expectations. With regard to the lift, as a Grade II listed 17th century building we are unfortunately unable to install one and this is clearly stated across all of our booking platforms prior to arrival. Your feedback regarding the breakfast coffee has been noted and we will look at how we can improve this for our guests. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.
