Very friendly and welcoming staff, room good size for a single person for a business trip. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in area. Can’t wait for the breakfast looks really good on leaflets.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast too. Overall an excellent budget hotel and you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. I’ll be staying here again in the future.

A truly awful stay. After a long journey the hotel was difficult to find as not signposted from the road . The sign said free parking for guests however we were charged 3 pounds and the reason given was that I had booked on the Accor site and not directly with the hotel. On our arrival the receptionist had her head down on some paperwork and without looking up told us to "wait a minute" which came over as rude and she continued in a condescending manner. The breakfast staff were equally rude as when I asked what was available I was told "Have a look ". I had booked a room for 2 people however it was very cramped with nowhere to put anything. There was around a foot of space from the end of the bed to the wall. We were given one towel so I had to go to reception and ask for another one. It was not a room designed for 2 people. The food at breakfast could only be described as horrible, slimy , grey mushrooms, undercooked beans and revolting scrambled egg. We are vegetarian so did not sample the sausage or bacon . Certainly not worth the money. A small fruit option might have made it slightly better. I ate a spoonful of egg and a slice of toast. The independent cafe a few yards away was lovely and we wished we had gone there for breakfast. We were told checkout was 12.00 , my partner returned to the room at 11.45 to collect our things and someone hammered on the door saying it was time to leave. To find something positive, the shower was clean and lovely and hot. I acknowledge that it is a budget hotel however there is no excuse for ill-mannered staff and disgusting food. It would have been helpful to have better sign posting from the road as the hotel is tucked away in a corner. I cannot recommend this hotel at all and we will not book again and would advise anyone else not to.

Staff are sooo friendly, and the views are amazing! We were welcomed and taken care of, and it was just a really friendly atmosphere that made our whole trip better. Really appreciate the kindness! Thanks for the great service!! :)
