Die Lage neben der im Aufbau befindlichen Kathedrale ist ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war schlecht eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Ablageflächen für das Gepäck. Dusche und WC waren vom Lavabo, welches keinen direkten Spiegel hatte, getrennt. Die Dusche war mühsam zu bedienen.

Bett und Frühstück i.O. Allerdings nicht im Preis inbegriffen, wie von Reisebüro bestätigt. Vor Ort die Situation wegen schlechter Sicht besprochen, mit einer Zusicherung des Hotelmanagers eines Upgrades für eine nächste Buchung, welche per email zugestellt werden sollte, allerdings bis heute nichts erhalten.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an upgrade (even if available) without an active future reservation in place. Additionally, could you kindly forward your Expedia confirmation email to H6…? This will help us verify the inclusion of breakfast, as the information we received from your travel agency indicated that breakfast was not included.
